239AA NEWS! READ ALL ABOUT IT HERE FIRST...
9/1/2014: Due to overwhelming demand, 239AA will continue through the end of 2014! Our next few shows will feature comedian guest hosts and themes to go with every month! After these months are complete, there will be a voting cast for the 239AA fav guest host to win a grand prize in January 2015. The comedian guest hosts are Josh Pray for August, Magnum Jackson for September, Dante Brown for October, MaineEvent in November and Byrd in December. Be sure to attend all the shows and cast your vote for the BEST! See you all 9/6/14! -QU ♥
The finale was amazing but there's even better news to come. For the first time in 4 years, 239AA may run through the rest of 2013 due to high demand of our venue and our attendees. We greatly appreciate your support and are in the process of working this out the best we can, will update you soon but in the meantime the 3rd annual VIRGO BASH in on 9/14/2013 so BE THERE! 1/26/2013: We know you missed us but fret no more... 239AA IS BACK!!! Our 2013 season begins February 23rd and is every last Saturday thereafter for 6 consecutive months. We are STILL at our home at the Holiday Inn, they have consistently been supportive of our event whether its a packed house or a couple in one corner and our commitment to them still stands! Music by DJ Julz, photos by the ever-supportive Daryl Morson, hosted by yours truly. 1st 2nd and 3rd place BEST OF NIGHT trophies will be on deck, live entertainment, great music, games, fun, giveaways and a positive vibe all night long! 10/28/2011: The Showcase Edition of 239AA has been cancelled due to lack of support from the venue. However, the GREAT news is we are STILL at the Holiday Inn every 2md Saturday and have added TWO ADDITIONAL NIGHTS for November! THe 3rd Saturday in November, join us for our first makeup & skincare class and social mixer. Enjoy Chanel makeup demonstrations and instruction from beauty expert Shedrick Syncere Whitfield and stick around to enjoy finger foods, martinis & cosmos for the social mixer immediately after! 7/26/2011: Its official, we have added a NEW edition of 239 Acoustic Affairs! The NEW showcase venue will be held at Vino de Lotte Restaurant inside of Hotel Indigo downtown Fort Myers beginning July 30, 2011 and every 4th Saturday of the month thereafter. This showcase will feature our BEST open mic artists, a wine tasting session, drinks, food, blues, jazz and neo-soul music all night long! Dress Code is enforced, ages 21 and up only, $10 cover. Come be inspired at the 239AA Showcase and Wine Tasting Event with Vino de Lotte Restaurant! -QU ♥
3/3/2011: 239AA has a NEW home and is back BIGGER & BETTER for 2011! Join us on April 9, 2011 10pm-1am for the first 239AA since 2010!
